Shopping Mall and Residential Complex Development Project, Beylikdüzü - Istanbul
A mixed-use project which will be materialized on a land of 74,000 Sq m in the Beylikdüzü region of Istanbul and which will offer:
- A shopping mall with 100,000 Sq m of GLA,
- 70,000 Sq m of high-end residences and
- Some office floors.
A hypermarket, big shops of well known brands, a food-court, fancy restaurants, movie theaters, entertainment and sport facilities will be present in the shopping mall.
The main concept aims to create a “downtown” with significant pedestrian activity, which lacks in this highly populated and fast growing region of Istanbul.
Besides the conventional covered mall concept, the scheme will also provide “high street” type shopping ambiance with the help of retail units which will be accessed from the street side and the presence of boulevard cafés and restaurants.
On the residences side, some units will be offered as serviced apartments while conventional but high-standard condominiums will also be available, all with the advantage of nice panoramic views towards the Marmara Sea, lake or the city.
